Job Description
As an Agile Coach at InnovateX, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption and improvement of Agile practices across multiple teams. Your role will involve mentoring teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and coach teams on Agile principles and practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance Agile knowledge.
• Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve impediments.
• Support the development and customization of Agile frameworks.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Monitor and report on team performance and Agile maturity.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching.
• Proven track record of driving Agile transformation.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
