Digital Transformation Co. is seeking an Enterprise Agile Coach to lead our global teams in adopting and optimizing Agile practices. This remote role requires a seasoned Agile practitioner who can drive organizational change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
In this role, you will:
• Lead and mentor teams in the adoption of Agile practices.
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Conduct Agile training sessions and workshops.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
• Support the development and implementation of custom Agile frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Experience and Skills:
• 8+ years of Agile coaching experience.
• SPC certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive Agile transformation in remote settings.
